EXP is an empowered and award winning Experiential Marketing agency that focuses on delivering engaging consumer experiences.
We ignite brand connections through an integrated approach that focuses on connecting with the consumer. We define experiential marketing as a "live" one-on-one interaction that allows consumers to create an emotional connection with a client's brand.
EXP consists of a various business units, all specializing in specific marketing practices to provide clients with the best possible solution through our 360 degree approach. All services reflect the integration and synergy between strategy, creative, operations and client service of our client's brands. Our approach provides clients with the flexibility of expanding their marketing strategies, contact points and overall enhancing of the brand experience.
EXP has specalized in below-the-line brand activation since 1987, having delivered to international benchmarked service delivery standards, whilst remaining relevant in local markets by being true to its South African heritage.
With offices in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, we are able to offer services throughout South Africa. This service extends to full logistic and warehousing support to meet our clients' requirements across the country. Our professional teams are able to activate across the country, from the most rural of areas to urban centres.
EXP Group have fully owned offices in 17 countries across Africa, working across the borders into other countries, allowing us to activate campaigns for clients who have an African footprint in 22 territories on the continent.

Headed up by Chief Executive Officer, Sandile Ndzekeli, EXP SA has three decades of experience specializing in sponsorship and brand activation.

Has over 11 years of through the line industry experience behind him. Has worked a large portfolio of local and international Blue Chip accounts such as Nokia, Heineken, Captain Morgan, Absa Bank, NBA, Mazda, Southern Sun, MTN, P&G, Unilever, Toyota, Citroen and SABM to name a few - with a handful of awards to top it all off. Since January 2009 Mike has headed up EXP's creative and strategy division and has contributed immensely to EXP's award winning success.
Prior to joining EXP SA in 2005 as a shareholder and a member of the Board of Directors to head up the PR Division, she started her career as a Public Relations consultant in 1995 with DiagonalStreet Communications where she first specialized in corporate PR. Over the next decade she honed her skills as a Brand PR specialist, conceptualising and implementing local and international brand, sport and lifestyle campaigns for a range of clients, for which she has won multiple awards, including Marketing Excellence Awards (Silver, Gold and Grand Prix), BMI, Virgin Active Sports Industry Awards and a Loerie Award. In addition to her PR background, her career path spans positions which gave her extensive exposure across a range of key marketing disciplines including Publishing, Sponsorship Marketing, Brand Activation and BTL, and in 2012 she was appointed Chief Marketing Officer for EXP SA.
Completed MBA in 2002. COO and Member of the Board of Directors for EXP since 2011. Prior to that was Commercial Executive for the Marc Group, the shareholder company of EXP. Gina specialized in the development of commercial plans and business structures for the group including sports properties, business viability studies and the management of special projects where her skills would be of benefit to the project. Prior to joining Marc Group in 2006, Gina was General Manager at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa, Cape Town.
Sandile was one of the founding members of EXP Sponsorship along with former CEO Justin Sampson in 2004 prior to being appointed CEO of EXP South Africa in 2010. With a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and History, Sandile's has a comprehensive marketing background, having worked in broadcast sales and marketing for Primedia and other independent radio stations, followed by specialising in sponsorship consulting while with Octagon Marketing for a number of years. In 2004 he started a marketing agency, Global Sports Connections with Justin Samspon, before establishing a new business (EXP) with Sampson later that year. During his time as MD of EXP, he was seconded to FIFA, where he was appointed Head of Marketing for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, a post he held for one year in 2009, before returning to EXP.

Having worked as an operations specialist in the sponsorship industry for more than a decade, Tim has a proven career track record of lowering capital expenditure of existing systems, providing solutions & implementing strategic organisational upgrades. He is ultimately responsible for adhering to a wide-range of business operations; finance and administration, preferred supplier management, branding, procurement, event activation, logistics and budget, client service and research. He has extensive experience working with numerous top SA brands.
After completing a BCom degree, Jonathan started his career at EXP in 2005, working as an account manager on the Absa Portfolio. During this time he won various Marketing Excellence (Silver & Gold) and Expert Awards. With the growth of the business, Jonathan became Operations Director on the Absa Account, managing the operations and logistics for all Absa sponsorship properties. With his 7 years' experience in the industry, his operations skills became integral to the business and he was appointed as HOD Operations, overseeing the sponsorship, procurement, fleet and warehouse management of EXP South Africa.

With 10 years experience in the marketing field, Bongani has worked for top motor brands such as General Motors and Peugeot as a Business Manager in both organisations responsible for Sales, Marketing and After-Sales. He joined FIFA in 2007 as a Rights Protection Programme Manager for the 2010 FIFA World Cup and worked at the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup before joining EXP. Agency in April 2009 to head up the Sasol sponsorship of both Banyana Banyana and the Sasol League.
With at least 16 years of experiences in the communications industry, Natali Dukhi has worked for companies such as TBWA Hunt Lascaris, Text 100, 8 Seconds: Brand and Design, Enterprise IG and The Brand Union to name a few. She has managed Client projects both in South Africa and across Africa, specifically focusing on West Africa. She has built up a vast portfolio experience over the years - such Microsoft SA, MTN, Coca Cola, ABSA, South African Airways, Adcock Ingram, Reckitt Benckiser, SAB to name a few.
Business Director with 8 years' experience in the sponsorship industry, Henry puts his extensive experience in sports marketing to good use and has developed an impressive network of contacts in local football sponsorships at club and international level. Kapotwe has worked with Blue Chip clients such as Vodacom, MTN, Absa, Castle and Sasol on some of the country's award winning sponsorships. His networks include key relationships with the local football federation and some of the most successful football clubs in South Africa.
With 9 years experience in football marketing, the former marketing and media manager for 3 time Absa Premiership Champions - SuperSport United also presented the Matsatsantsa show on the SuperSport as well as PR for Nike football. Lizzy joined EXP. Agency in 2009 and now heads up the Absa Sponsorship football and lifestyle portfolio and also has Castle Lager as one of her major accounts.

Justin has over 5 years of experience in the eventing industry at both an operations and project management level with a very hands on approach. He has successfully managed events on a national basis and worked closely with a variety of companies to market and launch new products into the market place. Companies include SAB and Distell as well as securing major sponsors for events such as Mercedes Benz, Telkom, The Thales Group, SAMSA to name but a few.
Business Director, with 13 years of knowledge and experience in Brands and Brand building, Minize brings another dimension to the team having worked on the client side with Absa. Minize is a peoples person and a hands on manager with a knack to get the most our of her staff, passionate about strategy and implementation, thrives on a diverse portfolio with a variety of products and services.
